Help someone through it
Life is full of challenges.
I know, though, that you can get through whatever one you're facing right now.
And once you do that, I want to encourage you to do something else.
Consider how you can help someone else get through it.
This can be one of the greatest sources of purpose in our lives: turning our pain into something that helps other people.
In doing so, we're able to transcend our difficult experiences and, ideally, prevent other people from experiencing those things or help to support them if they do.
You can even do this before you get through the challenge yourself. Take a step back and look at your difficulties with a different perspective, asking how you can transform them into service in the future. This shift can make it easier to cope in the present moment and help you to continue persevering through the difficulties.
As we all navigate our challenges, individual and collective, it can be interesting to ask ourselves: "What am I learning right now that I can use to help others?"
