This wisdom has been proven by research. If you share positive news with someone in your life, it not only increases your own joy, but also offers them the chance to experience greater happiness. If you're in pain, and your significant other is there to hold your hand, it reduces the intensity of your suffering.

What pain have I felt recently, and have I shared it with someone?
If the answer is no, reach out to someone and let them in: everything is better when it is shared.
