This Week
The world wants to tell you what is important for you. Part of living an authentic life is figuring out what is really important to you. It’s a difficult task, one that takes practice and effort.
Try This
Here are a few tricks you can use in the next moment you're feeling pulled in multiple directions.
1) Ask yourself: What really matters to me right now?
2) Step away from the world for just a moment (put down your phone, go somewhere quiet, take a breath.) This turns down the volume on the external messages. Now that it's quiet, what is your inner voice saying?
3) Before you go to sleep, reflect on what was the most important moment of the day. What does this teach you? How can you incorporate this wisdom into tomorrow?
