Three sentences to get you moving

Eleanor Roosevelt once said:

"Most of the work that’s done in the world gets done by people who weren’t feeling all that well at the time that they did it.”

I know it can be hard. It would be so much easier to deny it, or ignore your responsibility, or pass the work to someone else. But this work is your work. It's for your growth, for an impact, for a purpose. If it matters to you, it's worth doing.

When you need a bit of help to face doing the work, try using these three sentences:

First, start with belief: "I can do it." Approach the task.

Then, move to intention: "I will do it." Look at it head on.

Finally, move to action: "I am doing it." Take action, right now.

(And for an extra boost, take it from the master himself.)
