Why letting go is essential for happiness
What are you holding on to?
A way of being you have outgrown?
A belief about who you should be?
A habit or some entrenched behaviors?
Or perhaps a relationship or situation?
Whatever it is, you can release it. And when you let go, you create the space for yourself to grow into who you truly are.
Letting go is a process, a practice of love that is repeated over and over again. The truth is you don’t just let go once. You let go thousands of times, over and over again in the moment, until it no longer becomes necessary to let go. With each little effort, it becomes a bit lighter and a bit easier. In that space that you create, you can become more and more of yourself.
