Zoom in: this problem is not insurmountable. You have solved other problems in the past. You will find a solution to this one, too.

Zoom out: this problem is not your whole world. You, and your life, are not defined by what is happening to you. Look at your strengths and capacities and gifts, your loved ones, your experiences, your hopes and dreams, your joys, and the beauty of the bigger world. There is far more beyond this problem, and that can sustain and nurture you as you work to solve it.
