Animation: Keep going

If you’re working towards something that matters to you, here is the most important thing to remember: just take the step you can take today.

That step might look different day-to-day. You can’t expect yourself to make progress at the same rate every day.

But you can make a little bit of progress each day, in the way that works for you in that moment, and over time, those little bits add up and make all of the difference.
