We don’t see everything

Someone might have a lovely moment, but that doesn't mean they had a lovely day.

Someone might be thriving in one area of their life, but all the while struggling in another.

Someone might be suffering silently on the inside, and never sharing what's going on on the outside.

Let's be more careful about the assumptions that we're making about each other. This is one of the best ways to care for each other, because it opens the door for curiosity, to ask questions like, "How are you, really?" And from that curiosity, we can help people to feel seen, known, and loved.
