Today, pause and think back to where you were—and who you were—a year ago. Imagine that this younger self could see you now. What changes would they notice in you? What would they be amazed by? What would they want you to appreciate in yourself? Let those feelings of pride, gratitude, and joy sink in, now. You made this happen.
